|TAGGED:||GENEVIEVE OLIVIA FOXGLOVE|
|NOTES:||sorry it took so long!|
|A small giggle escaped from Arielle at her friends comment, the extra sugar definitely made her more lively than usual! “Oh, that’s why you are so lively today Gen!” More laughter escaped from her lips. Sometimes she wondered if when she got a little bit older she’d become dependent on caffeine like her parents and her elder siblings were. It was very likely she took up more coffee this year, it was her fifth year which meant sitting her OWLs and she’d have to balance studying, quidditch and socialising, which would only be possible with the help of some extra energy. Although maybe there was a potion for this rather than becoming addicted to caffeine.|
It was very possible there could be an uprise from the muggle world if they actually saw magic with their own eyes. Currently they were just aware that it existed but they weren’t aware how powerful some witches and wizards were. “It gives me some anxiety actually, I could imagine my neighbours would be horrified to see me flying in my back garden on a broomstick, they’d most likely capture me and burn me to death..” It was something she had heard happened centuries ago if the village people feared someone was a witch they’d burn them and she wasn’t entirely sure if she wanted to end up in that position.
Arielle laughed at Genevieve’s comment and she shook her head slightly, “That sounds like a well thought out plan!” This was something neither of the girls would do, they both would rather win by applying their skills than play dirty but it was definitely fun to talk about.
It was great flying with someone from the same team, helping one another out and comparing notes. Even though she enjoyed flying with some of her other friends she didn’t want them to pick up on her more obvious moves and use them against her. “Thank you Gen!” Arielle laughed slightly, she had worked hard to get to where she currently was but there was room for improvement, “I’m sure you’ll be giving the other seekers a hard time this season!” She exclaimed with a grin.
